We had a fantastic experience with Passion Removals. From the first phone call with Cat, to the visit from Steve to see what we were moving and to discuss what was most important to us, to the move itself with Steve and Bailey, we felt so looked after the entire way! Steve dropped around the packing boxes with plenty of time for us to pack up our belongings, and Cat was available both via email and phone to answer my (many!) questions about the best way to pack things. On the day, Steve and Bailey were right on time and were so efficient and careful moving everything. We were really surprised at how quickly it all happened. Steve was able to disassemble (and reassemble) our couch and bed quickly and with zero problems. Our belongings were moved carefully into our new apartment and our furniture reassembled and put back into place with ease. Steve and Bailey were lovely to work with, always polite, smiling and in good moods the entire day. We would absolutely recommend this wonderful family company to anyone moving in the ACT (or further!). We could not be happier with the price, the service, and the fantastic people that make up this company. Thank you Cat and Steve and the Passion Removals team, it really was our best move ever!
