We were extremely happy with Passion Removals. We moved during the COVID-19 lockdown and they were able to fit us in at the last minute and were very professional. They worked very quickly and had us moved in record time, with all of our furniture in the same condition. The service was very personalised, as they came to our house to do the quote and the team were friendly and respectful throughout the move. We were also very happy with their competitive pricing. We had a fantastic experience with Passion Removals. From the first phone call with Cat, to the visit from Steve to see what we were moving and to discuss what was most important to us, to the move itself with Steve and Bailey, we felt so looked after the entire way! Steve dropped around the packing boxes with plenty of time for us to pack up our belongings, and Cat was available both via email and phone to answer my (many!) questions about the best way to pack things. On the day, Steve and Bailey were right on time and were so efficient and careful moving everything. We were really surprised at how quickly it all happened. Steve was able to disassemble (and reassemble) our couch and bed quickly and with zero problems. Our belongings were moved carefully into our new apartment and our furniture reassembled and put back into place with ease. Steve and Bailey were lovely to work with, always polite, smiling and in good moods the entire day. We would absolutely recommend this wonderful family company to anyone moving in the ACT (or further!). I’ve now used Passion Removals twice for small local moves. Cat is an absolute dream to deal with over the phone, very friendly and helpful and was on both occasions able to fit me in at short notice. I was also particularly impressed with the speed of the removal, the guys were super fast and friendly whilst treating my items with absolute care. As well as this I found the pricing extremely competitive and fair when in comparison with other quotes I obtained from larger companies. I would 100% recommend these guys for anyone looking to hire a local company for their needs, would happily use them again! An absolute pleasure, could not be happier.

I started working as a Professional Organiser in 2013 after a full and successful career of owning and managing several businesses here in Canberra. Being able to guide and assist people with downsizing and moving through overwhelming life changes is challenging and rewarding at the same time.
