A Negative star rating for the dentist at Dental Horizons.

On paying a deposit for Invisalign in Dec 2014, I received nothing but poor service, 6 months worth of argumentative text messages when asking for my Invisalign & then more after I asked for a refund. Of course he was "unable" to comply! funny though as he had NO trouble taking my money & helping himself to my health fund also!

Then it got really interesting when I decided to contact Invisalign directly, oh turns out this dentist is NOT a registered Invisalign provider - I have proof via email from Invisalign! I was told he can NOT submit Invisalign orders with them! So it turns out I had been charged for a service that he had NO intention of providing, hence why the months of excuses & argumentative messages!

If your in the same situation & have not received your Invisalign, chances are, you won't! This dentist is just waisting your time & trying to wear you down until you give up. I didn't! I suggest you call Invisalign & get the dirt on him in writing & contact all the entities necessary; ARPRA, HaDSCO, Department of Commerce etc.
