Roy did an amazing job and got rid of the majority of the stains. He was very informative and took extra time to make sure we were satisfied. I can't thank him enough.

Very disappointing experience. The hood and filters were cleaned well. The splashback was just smeared over with a dirty rag and I had to insist he went over it again - I did it myself properly when he left. The draw under the oven was left dirty - even after I asked for it to be done. Apparently you have to pay extra for the stove top. I could do a better job myself and I'm not very good at it.

providing the service . Other trades companies are utilising these standardise tools with good success . I.e standard uniform , standard greeting and approach to peoples house and personal space and interactions with owners of diverse backgrounds

Jos came out and looked at our mattress which is under a warranty claim, he identified the care label which stated it could not be cleaned, fossa pointed in the mattress manufacturer who has asked us to get it cleaned before they will look at it. Jos has saved me by knowing his job , extremely happy

I would never recommend this business. High price for substandard work. Cleaned the outside of oven and grill but claimed he could not clean the outside. Had to degrease the driveway after he left. Also had to clean the toilet seat and floor after he used it. DISGUSTING.

I recommend Magis Dry to other customers as I was very pleased with the service. After asking for a quote online I was promptly rung within 10 minutes, a price was given and a time to suit me.
Sam arrived promptly at 11am and left 45 minutes later after cleaning 3 bedroom carpets and 2 large mats.

I booked Dorji mid-morning for an emergency carpet clean in the afternoon but two hours later he called to say he could get there early. His service was exceptional and the outcome of the clean was fantastic! I would absolutely recommend Magic-Dry for your cleaning requirements.
