I rang yesterday afternoon expecting a wait of a week or more. Chris happened to be nearby so dropped in & not only repaired the ducted heater, but also serviced the heater as well as providing a new controller. Briefed me on what the issue was.
To say I was impressed is an understatement! I won't contact anyone else!

I had a number of sitters apply for my job which was good although some were too far away or too expensive. I sent messages to two sitters close by & despite sending 2 messages one never responded & the other one responded to the 2nd message, accepted the request, arranged a meet and greet & then cancelled less than 2 days before without any explanation on the website.
