I had a number of sitters apply for my job which was good although some were too far away or too expensive. I sent messages to two sitters close by & despite sending 2 messages one never responded & the other one responded to the 2nd message, accepted the request, arranged a meet and greet & then cancelled less than 2 days before without any explanation on the website.

PetCloud put us in touch with a house sitter named Katrina who took wonderful care of our intense kelpie and our home was spic and span when we got back. She also kept in touch just the right amount with any necessary queries or cute photo updates. Lovely person. Highly recommend.

We booked Amy at Byron Bay through PetCloud and she was amazing and looked after our dog who came back clean and happy!

I booked a really great Pet Sitter named Monique in Sydney using the PetCloud website for my dog. From the start I was able to see that she had insurance and had a police background check. I was given daily photo updates which helped me enjoy my first holiday away from my fur-baby. I would recommend PetCloud to anyone who wants good quality Sitters.
