Having ordered items online I have had the unfortunate experience of having not received anything because of couriers please. This organisation is completely useless. Their driver didn’t show up when he was meant to. Then he phoned me and could not even follow basic instructions to use an intercom system to put my delivery in the mailroom. After arranging another date to have the items delivered they didn’t even show up and weren’t contactable. Still waiting to receive my goods. Can’t contact them via phone as they don’t answer and they don’t respond to online communications. This business is completely useless.
