We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If youre not happy with any part of the clean, well come back and fix it promptly at no extra cost. Our goal is to ensure every client is fully satisfied with the final result.

hands-on experience providing residential cleaning services, including deep cleans and regular home maintenance. I focus on delivering high-quality results with strong attention to detail and consistency across every job.

What is your fee structure like? Fixed fees? Hourly rates?

Our pricing is based on the type of clean and the size/condition of the property. We offer both fixed quotes for specific jobs (such as deep cleans or end-of-lease cleans) and hourly rates for regular ongoing cleaning. This allows us to provide fair and accurate pricing tailored to each clients needs.

What are your current prices (fixed and variable)?

Hourly rates start from $60$75 per hour depending on the service. Fixed quotes are provided for deep cleans and larger jobs to ensure accurate pricing based on the homes condition.

What is your favourite thing about your job?

Our favourite part of the job is seeing the transformation after a clean and knowing We've made someones home feel fresh, organised, and stress-free.We take pride in the small details and in delivering results that clients can immediately notice and enjoy.

What are your payment terms and conditions? Do you offer payment plans? Afterpay? Interest-free terms?

Payment is required upon completion of the service via bank transfer or cash. For larger or one-off deep cleans, a small deposit may be required to secure the booking. At this stage, we do not offer payment plans or Afterpay.

What insurance do you hold, and what value are you covered for?

We hold public liability insurance to ensure protection for our clients and their property. Details of coverage can be provided upon request.

How quickly can work be completed? What are your turnaround times? Do you offer same-day service?

Most jobs are completed within the same day, with bookings typically available within 2448 hours. We offer flexible scheduling and, where possible, can accommodate same-day or urgent cleaning requests.

Do you have a favourite client story you'd like to share?

One of my favourite experiences was helping a client who hadnt had time to properly clean their home for a while. After completing a full deep clean, the transformation was huge, and they mentioned how much more relaxed and comfortable they felt in their space. Seeing that kind of immediate impact is what makes the work rewarding.

Do you have any special offers? Do you offer any bulk or volume discounts?

We offer 20% off your first clean for new clients. Discounted rates are also available for regular ongoing services (weekly or fortnightly), making it easier to maintain a consistently clean home.
