We had our tax return done with this agent, our appointment was at 1 pm. And we arrived on time. Have to wait for a while, when this agent finished with previous clients, then after he finished with them, he told us to wait when he went outside with cigarette lighter in his hand.
After a while he came back and did our tax return, and because our tax return a bit complicated and i can't believed that he swear in front of us and have a dummy spit. It took him nearly 2 and half hour and he can't finished our tax. So we have to go because we need to pick up our children.
I took my laptop for a quote, and was told that he will call me the next day to report the problem. I waited nearly whole day for his phone call, until I have to call him and find out what was the problem with my laptop. The next day, when I called in to pick it up, he made me waited for a long time when he was talking on the phone. Very unprofessional.

This cellar stock a great range of wines, one of our favorites is their Semillon Chardonnay. Every time when we visit Hunter Valley, we always come to this cellar because of their wines and also the owner had a couple of St Bernard dog which we love to pat.
This butcher have few choice of gourmet sausages. I they also win sausage competition at Ekka. Customer service is quick and efficient-great. The price is also not too bad for gourmet sausages.
The first impression, when I got to that nails salon is the fumes. To my opinion its very toxic and unhealthy. Also the way they buff and do my nail is very rough. Since then I decide not to have any artificial nails anymore...
When I desperate for a massage, this place can get me in usually at the same day. But the therapist I had is not exactly the great one. Its still ok, if I just want to loosen up the knots that build up badly on my shoulder. The ambient of the room its not too bad either.
Stock a great range of kitchenware, cute kids gift idea. I think this is the only kitchenware store in Ipswich and the price is not too bad, so we dont have to drive else where for quality kitchen ware. The lady that own the shop is also helpful.
They have $3.90 Dinner for member which is quite a good value for money, the size and quality of the meal are as expected as the price you pay for. Its a good place to go if you dont feel like cooking for dinner.
Most of the time they can fit me in for appointment the same day or the next day at the earliest. Because this medical center cater for a lot of patient, usually the doctor will run a bit late for next patient. The doctors there are very helpful. The last time I know, they still accept new patient.
