The Computer Centre

There are plenty of other places that have better customer service then that of The Computer Centre in Ipswich, I stood around waiting longer then I should have to be seen, the prices are more on the expensive side too. could be much friendlier

I took my laptop for a quote, and was told that he will call me the next day to report the problem. I waited nearly whole day for his phone call, until I have to call him and find out what was the problem with my laptop. The next day, when I called in to pick it up, he made me waited for a long time when he was talking on the phone. Very unprofessional.
