Safe, professional, friendly service. Prices for laser hair removal are very reasonable. Staff took their time to explain everything and didn't rush the procedure. Convenient hours (open until 8pm Tuesday and Thursday and open on Saturdays).
Excellent customer service. My car was involved in a small fender bender, there were no issues making the claim (even though it was for an unlisted driver). Had the car assessed within 10 days of the accident. Repairs took 3 business days only (needed a new bumper and some panel work on the bonnet). Repair job second-to-none. This is why I pay insurance!
I was very unhappy with this store and their deceptive sales techniques. These stores are run by a third-party “Vita Group” under licence from Telstra. The sales-person was efficient at signing me up for a new mobile plan, but mislead me about 2 hidden options I had not asked for. She told me that "included in the plan" was $120 worth of accessories - she did not tell me this was an EXTRA charge (the "Accessory Repayment Option" $10/month) - apparently a longstanding scam with this group
The other hidden extra was the $15/month "StayConnected" insurance option
READ YOUR CONTRACT CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING!
These extras are hard to see, hidden at the end of the contract. Luckily I was able to cancel the plan over the phone with telstra and order what I wanted, without hidden charges
Awesome vibe to this little diner on high street. Car theme has been done well by someone who loves their classics. Burgers are incredible with a great menu to choose from. Servings are huge and excellent value.

I am very happy with the tint job these guys did on my 4WD. They use good quality tint and were reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Fantastic little family business, very reasonable pricing for top notch clothing alterations. I had some suit trousers slimmed and was very happy with the result. I now get all my alterations done here!
Very happy with these guys, I had a slow but steady leak from a puncture, brand new tires too (not through Bob Jane). These guys squeezed me in the same day, had it fixed 30 mins later for $30. 1 month later I haven't had any further problems.

Great cafe - coffee is fantastic, staff are friendly and attentive even when its busy, food is top notch, good serving sizes and good value. Has a nice ambiance inside and out the back in the courtyard.

Friendly staff, great quality cuts with attention to detail. Staff take their time to ensure you are happy with the result, plus you get a beer while you wait! They have a good range of products including King Brown and Suavecito. Prices are very reasonable and they have a loyalty card system.
Highly recommended.

Overpriced and very poor customer service. Staff were rude and talked down to me. Consistently overcharged, despite my return business (more fool me!). When I finally questioned my $1800 bill for a straightforward 100,000k service they got very defensive (this is after looking after the car for 2 years and already having done a lot of major preventative maintenance). Got my subsequent service at the dealership who quoted me half what I paid Northern BM (and washed the car, loaned me a vehicle and made me a cappuccino) Steer clear of these guys!
