I contacted life changing beds for response. They said.

The Life Changing Beds label is placed on the equipment to help avoid confusion – particularly in urgent situations. If an issue arises, such as a fault, this ensures carers and clients contact us directly, rather than iCare, who would ultimately refer them back to us.

I paid $13,000 18 months ago for electric Bed when you press to go down at the same time the bed goes down on angle without pressing the angle button. you have to take the bed to the bottom to cancel and start again. $16,000 Bed & modifications.
Andrew said it needs service it squeezes. I paid for the service.
there is problem with Bed frame.

The first footboard and handrail measured 4 inches to long he sent it back to the manufacturer. The second one 2 inches thick could not grip that went back. Then He put metal handrail in the middle of the bed should have been the full length. The third headboard 2 inch thick. I cancelled headboard and informed him to send it back.

I had appointment with the owner he kept me waiting two hours very arrogant and his sister that tried to bar me from medical centre if you need a Dr go elsewhere
