I suffer from a chronic neck injury and for the past 4 years have struggled to obtain more than 5 hours of solid sleep a night without feeling like I had been in a boxing match overnight.
I spent a morning at Life Changing Beds trying different mattresses and having the science explained to me by their amazing staff including Ryan who talked me through the different firmness mattress being matched with different pillows as well as the way I naturally slept on my side.
It has been one week since I took delivery of my new mattress and all I can say is my Life has literally Changed!
For the first time since my injury I have had 8 hours sleep without feeling sore and bruised. Upon waking up I didn’t need 20 minutes for my body to realign as my new amazing mattress perfectly supported my body as I slept.
I can not speak highly enough about the team at Life Changing Beds and the amazing service they provide as well as quality mattresses.

I contacted life changing beds for response. They said.

Life Changing Beds is a licensed distributor of iCare Medical Group products, including the adjustable bed you received. As part of our distributor agreement, we are responsible for customer service, warranty, and support for iCare product purchased through us not iCare. The Life Changing Beds label is placed on the equipment to help avoid confusion – particularly in urgent situations. If an issue arises, such as a fault, this ensures carers and clients contact us directly, rather than iCare, who would ultimately refer them back to us.

I paid $13,000 18 months ago for electric Bed when you press to go down at the same time the bed goes down on angle without pressing the angle button. you have to take the bed to the bottom to cancel and start again. $16,000 Bed & modifications.
Andrew said it needs service it squeezes. I paid for the service.
there is problem with Bed frame.

The first footboard and handrail measured 4 inches to long he sent it back to the manufacturer. The second one 2 inches thick could not grip that went back. Then He put metal handrail in the middle of the bed should have been the full length. The third headboard 2 inch thick. I cancelled headboard and informed him to send it back.

My husband and I purchased our high low bed fit this company around three years ago. Their knowledge and advice on all their products was immeasurable. Once our purchase was complete they were in constant communication and updated us on their delivery date.

It’s the best product we have purchased in many many years. The high low feature is super convenient when making the bed. Also cleaning and vacuuming under the bed is another great advantage.
We had contacted them on one occasion when we had an issue with a controller this earlier year and the problem was solved within 24 hours.

What a great experience. No pressure sales and the information we were given was fantastic and any questions we asked the answer was given us. We are now waiting on a quote but we are certain to purchase a Mk1 double bed with a Cooper plush mattress (once my wife has decided on colours).

It is brilliant to sleep on, with the perfect firmness for me. It has helped minimise my back pain tremendously and I enjoy a good night's sleep. We had excellent service from our initial visit right the way through to installation of the bed. There was no pushy sales talk, just patience and respect.
All queries were answered, and even though access at our house was a bit more complicated, delivery went without a hitch.
