One word PATHETIC
Very poor service- never ever going back here.
Staff needs training they have no manners or etiquette. Not all staff though but one or two girls who feel like they are owners.
I guess the owner needs to be more responsible as the staff is giving his business a bad name.
Does the owner care- I don't think so...
Stay away guys too expensive Shisha and quality is poor.
Food is also ok not a wow factor for a $30 pizza. The crust pizza makes a better one.
Better Shisha places in western suburbs.
Good coffee and desserts- we loved it.
service was good too.
Great Service Guys- Thank you for being honest in providing the options to me, It is a great feeling to know there are still businesses and employees who are truly customer focussed, at no point did I feel like having to chase up, you guys kept me informed throughout by even responding to me after hours.
Thank you heaps once again- I can now focus on the future without having a worry.
