Lovely café to visit when you are in Parramatta, Tutti Fruitti waffle and chocolate souffle are to amazing. They have chocolate fondue and other great selection of desserts, and everything is delicious. The environment is also nice with friendly staff. It is my go to place whenever I'm craving something sweet.
This Max Brenner is better than most and deserve some applause for making dining there a pleasurable experience
Fantastic place to sit and relax and indulge in Chocolate,sometimes it gets crowded but it is all worth it as soon as you taste their food,it is like Chocolate Heaven...nice clean premises and welcoming staff.

Awesome place for chocolate lovers. The Classic dark hot chocolate is the best. Always crowded and sometimes have to spend time in Q. Try the fondu for 2 its the best.

I truly believe Max Brenner Cafe is one of the best Cafes in town. They have all sorts of chocolate and yummy waffles. The kids always love coming here for a treat on the weekends!

Large chocolate cafe with a nicely decorated interior. Chocolate and waffles are good quality as expected. However I'm starting to feel that this place is becoming too fast-food like. I think customer service is focused on getting things out as quickly as possible without focusing on the actual customer experience.
I used love coming to Sydney just to go to max Brenner it honestly makes u feel like your in a mini chocolate world. With all the variety of chocolate. Now living in Sydney I admit I go at least once a week to top up on my chocolate. Great vibe to hang out for sweet tooth. Wish there one in every area.
I love my chocolate and hot chocolate so I dropped in for an unusual lunch. I had ordered a chocolate pizza which seemed to take forever to be served. When my pizza had finally been served it had very little topping. I was very disappointed and will not be returning. Would not recommend.
Max Brenner as been well known for their chocolate so when I went in i knew what to expect. The place was fully packed and the service was average. Its very tight so not much room to move around.

I always loved Max Brenner and I have gone to this one with my ss after shopping at Westfield. I love their chocolate souffle and their dark chocolate dip with fresh strawberries. A must go for every chocolate lover!

Rarely enough seating, staff sometimes friendly, food cvan take a little long as it is always busy in afternoons, evenings and weekends.
I would suggest they look into expanding the premises to fit more people in, having more staff on to take orders and make food more quickly and train staff in customer service a little better.
Price a little too expensive and the 10% surcharge on weekends/public holidays is ridiculous!!!! Service on these days are worse than normal.
If you're willing to wait a long time in a queue for a simple drink or dessert and have no where to put your plate on a friday night, Head here! I waited almost 40 minutes just in the line with a friend who'd never tried it before - and when we got our hot chocolates they were burnt! It wasn't the best experience i've had by far, and I probably wouldn't be too chuffed to return there any time soon!

RATED 5 OUT OF 5 !! :) i love max brenner it may seem pricey but once you taste it , its definantly worth every cent :) i live every one of their products especially the chocolate fondue, the chocolate is very smooth and the fruit is extremely fresh!!
Hot chocolate didn't really seem all that chocolatey. Quite an average experience, and a bit pricey. The ambience is nice, though, but I probably wouldn't return.

i love the max brenner products especially the different chocolates,i had the strawberries dipped in chocolate it was mouthwatering a great treat and i also had the hotchocolate that melts in your mouth,a great dessert place always busy a bit pricey but worth for chocolate lovers
although I believe MB charged a little bit too high and the value is a little bit low. but the taste is really very nice! if you want to control your weight better not go. I bought some and bring it to China as gift for friend there, they looooove it
This is just an overrated place.. The chocolate isn't extraordinarily unusual...Most often crowded and the service is always slow. There should be amount of calories display on the dishes on offer as they are terribly unhealthy.

Wow, if you like chocolate then you will love Max Brenners! I am definately a choclate lover and went here very excited and it lived up to what i expected. They had a varitey of chocolate thing to chose from and i got chocloate fondue with strabwrries, banana and marshmallows. it was devine but it was not so cheap.
i would love to come back here again and would definately recommend it for chocolate lovers!
Max Brenner is absolutely delicious. Everything is so worth getting there but everything is very expensive.
The service is quite good but it takes a long time for the food to be ready.
Other than that, thumbs up.

Pretty disappointed with the service, was not impressed and it kind of put a damper on our brunch. Hot chocolate was ok, not as wow as some of the other chains though.
I love all kind of coffee and food they make.
waffles are awesome, sweetest chocolates..
And staff are really kind.
especially an asia girl. She is tall and thin..
Anyway.. I love this place!!!
