I am recently divorced and had to re-finance 2 properties. The banks were not interested, since the loans were originally in both names.
I asked Debbie to see what she could do, not expecting a different outcome, which would have meant selling one of the properties.
I was wrong. Debbie organised finance, with "low doc" challenges and obtained an excellent loan at a better rate which allowed me to stay put and not get set adrift. This was an enormous relief during a difficult time. Debbie has the personality and creative mind that makes things happen. To go elsewhere is just a waste of time.

The benefit of doing business with a local business is you can build trust. In Jessics's case she was able to demonstrate this by adjusting her fee to facilitate a title transfer in a complicated separation. Not doing so would have "prolonged the agony" and i am grateful for the initiative shown. I wish Jess and Kellie the very best of the season and a prosperous 2019 well deserved.
