Couldn't have asked for a better experience
Through the my entire experience of purchasing my 1st house and home, from buying a house to assisting with a mortgage broker and also dealing with the vendor and realtor agent, Smart Coast made the whole experience stress-free and a pleasure to work with through this journey of buying my 1st house and home. They were available to talk through all my worries and questions, always friendly and knowledgeable and if for whatever reason they were not available to talk at a particular time, they got back to me promptly. Their pricing was also very competitive and reasonable.
I couldn't have asked for a better team to assist me through this complex task of buying a house.
My only regret is I cannot give them more then 5 stars because they deserve 10.

This time around I asked Smart Coast Conveyancing for their services again and I'd engage them in the future if I needed to. Why take any chances or be disloyal, since I am really happy with them? I don't want to leave anyone out by naming the staff I've been working with, but I can tell that the high quality of service applies across the board. Everyone I've dealt with at one point or another was professional and helpful. The conscientious cooperation and representation from my conveyancer and the other staff I've had close dealings with is especially appreciated.

Very professional, helpful and quick. Jessica was our main contact and she was at all times very quick and clear answering our questions and helping us through the process, you can't go wrong if you choose them.
