Lived at the Park Apartments in Port Melbourne for 18 years just sold as the VBCS were impossible to deal with. They wouldn’t address any issues you brought to their attention. Unfortunately the apartments were getting tired and very poorly maintained. All Body Corporate meetings over the last couple off years are on zoom and lucky get 6 or 7 owners out off over 100 apartments attending the the ones that attended are made up of mostly committee. So happy to sell while I still had some to sell
