Nightmare company to deal with. My experience with iiNet has been frustrating and dreadful. Tried to get the NBN connected, the call centres are terrible, queuing for long periods of time and then get cut off. Not sure how this company can still be in business.

Service is very poor, the only good food here are the dumplings. Can't even get any decent wine or even a wine glass.
