Terrible food and horrendous service. Staff were content to just throw the meals on our table. No smiles, no courtesy.
Horrible, will never return! I'm vegetarian and I ordered VEGETARIAN DUMPLINGS and they gave me PORK DUMPLINGS! I was shocked when all I got was a free drink for their mistake.

Stopped here for lunch. Ordered prawn dumplings and chicken satays that were both unavailable...at lunchtime. Got a dish we didn't order but staff were happy to refund the price and gave us the dish anyway. We had pan fried chicken dumplings and were disappointed. They were just filled with chicken mince and a lot of ginger. Pretty tasteless. Char keow teoy was okay, not the authentic flavour you would get from a Malaysian restaurant. Vegetable spring rolls were crispy with fresh veg in them though you can hardly go wrong with them. Was looking forward to having my favourite prawn dumplings. Dumpling story is really just your main street noodle bar in a restaurant setting. Staff were great though. It would help if the staff at the register spoke better English so there is no miscommunication.
