My trusted hairdresser for 15 years, I cannot fault Yan and his team’s expertise and customer service. I have difficult, curly hair and Yan expertly tames my mane every time I visit! Highly recommend!!

Best haircut ever with Elizabeth. From start to finish the experience at Yan Refael was divine. The salon is stunning, very clean and the whole team is very inviting and I was warmly welcomed by Nic. I had a wonderful haircut with Elizabeth , who is warm, honest, professional and delightful in her deameanour. She has a great eye for detail and executed a fantastic haircut which suited my face, hair type and achieved what I wanted. Elizabeth is also a very talented stylist and gave myself a beautiful blow dry to finish the style. A wonderful experience from speaking to Elizabeth over the phone through to the end. I will definetly be coming back to Elizabeth at Yan Refael for a colour, cut and style. A very happy customer.

I was just extremely happy with both the advice and service I received at Yan Rafael. Both Yan and Nick made sure I was comfortable at all times and did not let me leave until I was 100% with my hair.

For the first time ever!!! have walked into a hairdresser who knew how to handle curly hair and then got my colour perfect. Got great advice, Yan, Nic and Chelsea are just lovely to boot. Now I use just the products on their shelves instead of the copious amount of useless paraphernalia in my bathroom. Highly recommended!!

Very rarely have I ever left a hair dressers feeling like I’ve gotten exactly what I was looking for if not better. After going in the hunt for a new place to try I came to Yan rafael and saw Nic. Following a proper consultation of what I wanted and needed for my hair I had a cut, foils and toner. With Chelsea helping out it was a great afternoon spent. Both Nic and Chelsea were always really kind and attentive and I left with a banging new do and I’m genuinely so excited to call these guys my new hairdressers and can’t wait for when it needs a freshen up again

I was looking for a new hairdresser in my area and I went into Yan Rafael and booked for full head foils, cut and dry. I showed Chelsea a pic of what I wanted. Chelsea was very excited about the look I was going for and this reflected in the results. I was super impressed! My hair looks amazing, the colour is fantastic and the colour in root section, no gaps !!
