Write a reviewNathaniel is a true professional and has a through understanding of the electrical trade. He is visibly passionate about it. This is just what you need before the work starts as you know he will take care. He understood excitably what we wanted and was very patient and checked-in with us before each stage of repair, relocation or installation. He is precise when measuring and installing. Nathaniel is also extremely clean and left hardly any mess behind. Reasonably priced too. Full confidence in Nathaniel doing the work to expectation and will call on him again.
Fan/light removal, pendant light and down light installation with assoc switching and meter box work. Nathaniel was highly recommended by my neighbour, having completed significant works for him in the past.
Nathaniel was very prompt and thorough for the quote, booking and follow-up.
Andrew was also prompt, thorough and hardworking for the work itself (including moving office furniture for access). Everything completed to plan and room returned to same condition on completion.
The whole team was friendly, efficient, and well-organised from go to whoa.

Whitelock were very professional and assessed our installations thoroughly before commencing . We were kept fully informed at all times on timeline , commencement schedules , progress , any unforeseen variations as works progressed . Staff were thoughtful indicating power off when necessary.

Andrew went above and beyond to solve three uniquely challenging electrical problems within a few hours in my 130 year old house. Each problem required sourcing seperate units. Lockwood Electrical came highly recommended and went way above and beyond today. Very grateful!! Highly highly recommend

Nathanial and George did an amazing job for us today. They worked non stop until the job was completed. They upgraded and moved our power box, contending with double brick walls. New switches, downlights and fan were also installed. Totally professional and very skilled. We would recommend them 100%.

I hired Whitelock Electrical for some residential electrical work. The job they did was fine — professional, clean, and everything works as expected. No issues with the quality at all. When I asked them to quote for some additional work (bathroom and kitchen reno), they gave me a quote of $6,200 that felt very high considering the amount of work that had to be done, so I got a second quote. Another qualified electrician completed the exact same scope of work — to the same high standard — for $2,900. That’s not just a slight difference it's a difference of $3,300 less than what I was quoted — it’s an excessive overcharge. I accepted the first job's pricing, but after seeing this, I realized I significantly overpaid. It’s frustrating to know I could have received the same results for a fraction of the cost. The pricing I experienced shows they are not concerned with offering a fair, honest service — they are more comfortable taking advantage of people who don’t know any better and have put their trust in their word. If you're thinking of hiring them, get multiple quotes. The work is good, but the pricing was wildly inflated.

Andrew from Whitelock was out twice in the last week. Once to attend to an emergency which was handled very quickly and then again yesterday to instal an additional powerpoint in my kitchen and he did a fantastic job. Nathaniel from Whitelock runs a highly professional business that offers sound value for money, advise on the best solution and provides a great digital quoting and payment system which keeps you up to date on service time, which were quick!
So many trades people are not reliable, but this is NOT the case with Whitelock Electrical. I highly recommend their service and will not hesitate to use them again.
