Very poor experience that almost resulted in a missed settlement. Communication was very poor and needed constant chasing up from myself, my bank and real estate agent to perform tasks that should have already been done. Multiple errors made, including not settling the full set of funds post-settlement and not providing the change of ownership notice to council, etc so the house wasn't in my name after settlement. Would stay away.

I took their conveyance services for a purchased property & the service provided was less than ordinary however the charges were not. The communications were very poor, example the letter advising the client to undertake final house inspection was received only 2 days before the settlement. All original documents were sent via ordinary post. No consideration was given towards a lost document. There was a lot of information that I had to chase from the bank and the agent which should have been provided by Warringal. I gave 2 stars because the house settled on time. Not recommended for conveyance services.
