Needs significant improvement in communication and processes
I have used this firm twice, and based on my experience, I strongly do not recommend them.
During my property settlement, they issued a settlement statement containing an incorrect amount. I had to identify the error myself and request a correction. Mistakes of this nature in settlement matters are unacceptable and raise serious concerns about their attention to detail.
They also failed to provide a tax invoice for the contract review. When I requested it and pointed out that it should have been issued in the first place, I was told they do not normally provide tax invoices for contract reviews. This response was both surprising and unprofessional.
In addition, I repeatedly requested the PEXA settlement reports. I was told several times to follow up by email but received nothing. Eventually, I was informed that the responsible staff member was on leave and no one else could access the file. This reflects a clear lack of internal systems and client service standards. I called three times requesting the documents and still received no outcome.
To make matters worse, the reception staff were consistently abrupt and spoke in an aggressive, rushed manner, making communication difficult and unpleasant. Professional service firms should ensure their front-line staff treat clients with courtesy and respect.
Overall, the experience demonstrated poor communication, lack of accountability, and inadequate internal processes. We have since moved to another solicitor.

Everything they said they would do they did. I never had to push them or remind them.
