Took my Navara here today for a service & engine light fault. After years of dealing with nissan services lies eg not even servicing my vehicle once but charging me & overpricing at Nissan it was good to come across an honest reliable mechanics. Prices were good they called me to let me know what they recommended fixing & weren't pushy about it. Great customer & vehicle service.Highly recommend these guys.

I have been looking for a great mechanic and after trying a few, I have found them at Steve Sorenson Mechanical and they’re super close which is a huge bonus. Always good reliable & obliging service. The car is maintained well. We are always consulted about recommended extras. Always considerate in arranging appointments & willing to amend appointments when requested. Helpful with coffee etc. Always polite & courteous. Car is always left clean.

Totally impressed! Just used Steve Sorrenson for the first time last week and it is like no other I have been to! Not only does Steve Sorensen Mechanical offer excellent customer service and high quality servicing, but I like their waiting room! It's clean, comfortable, presentable and private. They have complimentary tea, coffee and water and a TV that I can view and hear clearly! I've been to many mechanics and have never seen one as pleasing as this! When I moved house, I was going to change to a local mechanic but Steve Sorensen Mechanical is so trustworthy that he was worth the drive. I rated value 4/5 stars because there are mechanics out there which are slightly cheaper but I don't trust their quality.
