Our electrician Adam was excellent in all regards.
Prompt, polite and friendly and incredibly efficient, he installed our two light fans and a new power point (in a tricky spot) in no time at all.

What a terrific service! Youssef did some work for us about 5 years ago and when he arrived this week he asked if everything was OK with the work done then! He remembered! What commitment to his clients and the electrical work! This time around his work has been just as Impressive and his attitude as always professional and warm. We also delighted in his coaching of his apprentice helping him to understand the importance of being part of a team, taking pride in the electrical work undertaken and the establishment and maintenance of good communication to support positive customer relations. Yousef is reliable charges reasonable rates is on time and does what he says he will and does it well -everything you want in a tradesman. He provides an excellent value for money electrical service. We have used him for a number of years and will keep on using him - nothing is too much bother and he is as willing to do small jobs as bigger jobs.

We met Youseff a few years ago when Flavia and Jimmy were doing some work for us and he helped them out with the electrical work we needed. He went out of his way then to source a bathroom fan that other electricians were reluctant to get or install and repair an old lamp that had sentimental value. Rang him recently to have a front door bell and power points repaired in our old house. He returned the call organised his young plumbers (who were also very professional) to do the work checking in advance that this would be OK with us and then monitoring how his 'boys' were going. They were punctual polite and well organised setting about in doing what was needed with as little interruption as possible. The work was great and we recommend Youseff and his crew's services to anyone who needs an electrician's assistance in any job however large or small.
