Unlike other plumbers who come up, assess the issue, and then charge you for your time as they dash to the plumbing supply store, they frequently request images in advance so they know precisely what they need before coming.

Fantastic! The man came out today and assisted me with an issue that I was informed would require a significant and expensive effort! Fantastic customer service, affordable prices, dependability, and credibility! I would highly suggest A+ to anybody in need of plumbing services.

I called these guys to come out to fix an electrical problem on the 17/10/23. The electrician Paul fixed the issue, however afterwards suggested that the hot water tank may have been damaged in the process. After going into the garage to check the hot water tank he said that we might find that there is no hot water the next day and did a quote to replace the hot water tank. The quote was almost $6000! We decided to call an alternate contractor for a second opinion who when he arrived communicated to us that the power supply to the hot water was turned off at the main fuse box and that our hot water heater was in fact working perfectly fine. I called the company who proceeded to offer numerous possible "explanations" which made very little sense given that the electrician was able to predict that the hot water would not be working the next day and it just happened to coincidentally be the case despite the supply to the hot water heater just being switched off. I'll leave it to your imagination as to what the electrician may have tried to do here. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
