Blown away by this place. It's massive and so beautiful. I whiled away time in the private lounge and had a coconut water then a champagne. They gave me a silver tray with nuts and chocolates. Loving my eyebrows and going back for the permanent eyeliner.

Recently did their Lash Lift service and was blown away with the results. Excellent service and my Lashes have never looked better. Their new space in Woollahra is top notch, luxurious and chic. Highly recommend for any lash or brow services needed.

A friend recommended Sharon Lee to me and I couldn't be happier! I went in for a lash lift last week and the results are incredible. My lashes are naturally quite short and they have literally worked magic - they are much more prominent, beautifully curled and I can't stop looking at them in the mirror. My appointment was on the Gold Coast. I've been twice now. Really professional. Sharon Lee was very warm, informative. She answered all my questions. Really took her time and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I'm so happy with my new eyebrows. Was value for money. I'll be doing it all again next year.

The space is really open and light. Smells incredible. It's luxuriously industrial. Massive reception with two ladies greeting clients. Huge gold screened wall behind them dividing reception from the work area where all the brows and eyelashes are done. Sharon Lee has a room of her own beyond the big work area that opens to a beautiful, light courtyard with a big marble table and fountain. When I arrived I was given my drink of choice - champagne along with a gold bowl of glossy maltesers as I'd opted for something sweet not savoury. I was nervous because I was having Ombre Eyeliner Tattoo and it was my first time. I needn't have worried. Sharon Lee bounced out to greet me then escorted me to her room which all white with two massive black velvet and brass swivel armchairs. I hopped up onto a big black leather medical bed and she reclined me. After a chat about what was happening she got to work. It was all over before I knew it. Virtually painless and I am extremely happy with the result which will last a couple of years. I received a follow up from them which was reassuring. Fantastic.

I had a fantastic experience. After a bad brow visit elsewhere I was cranky at myself for not going to Sharon Lee and her lovely team first. From the moment I picked up the phone to the day I skipped out with fantastic fresh eyebrows - every visit was as good as the last. Crystal glassware with champagne and juice, almonds, chocolates and a treat box for my little girl. I always felt really welcome and saw the other clients leaving very happy too. 6 stars.

I had a great experience. Have only been going for around 10 months now but I couldn't be happier. I balked at prepaying at first but now am very happy to particularly as when I arrive everything is taken care of and they have so many complimentary add ons within each visit I feel I've received great value for money each time. I had a bad experience in the city with another brow brand and was reluctant to go through it all again but I'm absolutely THRILLED I did.

After a previous amazing semi-permanent makeup application when I lived interstate, I got complacent and went to someone local for a major refresh - DISASTER. They were so so wrong - uneven, terrible shape etc, despite the woman telling me how great she was and appearing to have rave reviews. I should've known better and gone straight to Sharon-Lee - at the time I didn't, simply because I'm not an Eastern Suburbs girl and I thought it would be kind of snooty to act like I wouldn't dream of consulting anyone local.... (Lesson learned, lol)

I knew straight away that I had to get my disaster brows fixed and was on the phone straight away to Sharon-Lee, desperately hoping that I wasn't a lost cause. I spoke to Rebecca and she was so lovely, so kind and warm despite my mortified embarrassment - she completely calmed me down and reassured me with the knowledge that they do heaps of correction work, that they were completely fixable, and that Sharon-lee would have them absolutely perfect despite the dreadful starting point. Rebecca liaised extensively with me on the phone, got me to send in pictures and had Sharon-Lee review the pics, speak to me and formulate a plan before I had even walked in the door. I was blown away by how committed the whole team was to look after me and focus on the positives instead of making me feel like a complete idiot.

The salon experience was totally fab - no pretension - just great, warm customer service. Nothing was too much for Sharon-Lee's team. The parade of ladies walking out with amazing brows with merely a click of Sharon-Lee's fingers was inspiring and awesome to watch.

The first appointment involved not just the removal of the fresh awful brows (so lucky that they got me in so quickly, within a week, and it could be addressed!) but also a full correction, so I was able to walk out of there with great brows - already. Sharon-Lee is so amazing and intuitive in her brow work that the actual colour application took only minutes to achieve absolute perfection. She just "got it" straight away.

The team sent me away with a goodie bag of general skincare and after-care products including a great brow pomade to use for any colour gaps until the touch up appointments scheduled a few weeks apart. Because my brow shape was now perfect, the pomade was great and easy to use.

I've just had my second appointment for the first touch up, and I couldn't be more over the moon. Sharon-lee is a wizard, I don't know how she does it, but it's magic. Perfection in mere minutes. Inclusive in the price is as many appointments as is necessary to achieve the desired result - I may need 1-2 more depending on how this latest application 'takes'.

I had no idea what my perfect brow shape was until Sharon-Lee created it on my face! As she is "the brow queen" I decided to completely go with her exact recommendation and I'm so so glad I did, despite initially being surprised, as I had always assumed differently. What she has created in just minutes is exactly and amazingly right for *my* face. My confidence in my appearance is through the roof. My previous semi-permanent brow experience was life changing but seeing Sharon-Lee's work in person is a whole another level of amazing. It's worth every cent.

In closing this review - I know this whole thing probably sounds like a gushy over-the-top rant, but I'd like to point out that I basically never write reviews, and I was not offered any inducement to write this one. I simply feel so incredibly grateful to Sharon-Lee and her fabulous team and I can't think of a customer service experience that I've recently had that comes close.

I had a great experience. I first booked for a consultation for semi permanent brows. I prepaid the booking fee and when I arrived I was presented with gold rimmed champagne flute and assorted nuts. I was ushered into a private room with Sharon Lee. She really took her time assessing my brows and discussing my history. I thought I would need much more but she assured me I needed LESS than I'd expected. She talked me out of doing some additional services I was contemplating. I didn't feel pressured in any way and the staff were really lovely. She was very thorough and took her time. Having gone through the process of three visits and then a complimentary 4th visit I can happily say I'm now a devotee and could not be happier with my new brows.

I could go on and on and on about how brilliant Sharon Lee is at giving you the brows your face needs, and how her friendliness, skill and professionalism help you overcome any nervousness you might be feeling, and how when you see the results of the magic she works you wish you’d started seeing her years ago, and what a treat it is to put yourself into the capable hands of her and her fabulous team and relax in her gorgeous salon sipping champagne or juice or sparkling water while your brows and lashes are tended to, but I’ll just say make an appointment. You won’t regret it.

This involves the application of semi-permanent pigment that appears like fine hair strokes to make your eyebrows appear fuller and more defined. While having a little chat about my brows and what exactly I wanted to achieve Sharon talked me through her unique semipermanent eyeliner tatto technique! I was hesitant for a minute and the idea of a needle so close to my eye made me cringe but her professionalism and confidence didn't let me have second thoughts !! The transformation was immediate, relatively painless, and changed my life almost instantly. A month later and I am more confident with my self then I was ever before ! Thank you Sharon Lee for changing my life !!

Sharon Lee is absolutely incredible at her craft - one quick look at you and she can tell you in an instant what you (and your brows!) need. You can tell by the sheer speed of her work that you're dealing with a seasoned professional. This is by no means a sign of a rush job either, but 27 years of doing brows. Amazing work.

Wonderful customer service and wonderful result. Sharon Lee is considered the best for a reason. There are cheaper options out there but you really don't need to risk it.

I wish I had had my eyebrows done years ago! The difference my new brows make to my face is amazing - expensive and uncomfortable but definitely worth it. I'm going to get the liner done next ...

Sharon-Lee knows her stuff!! I have full confidence in her advice as I now have great, natural looking eyebrows that people positively comment on not realising they're tattooed. Wish I would have done them years ago.

I've recently had my eyelids done which also look really natural. No more washed out look. It's not what I would call a relaxing procedure but it's quite quick and worth it.

I did a lot of research before contacting the salon. No, it's not cheap but it's worth the investment, after all, it's your face so why would you take the risk.

only having sparse, fair eyebrows all of my life (not from overplucking) I saw an add by Sharon Lee in Perth newspaper for feathering. I decided to make contact over a year ago to have my eyebrows done. I now wake up with eyebrows that frame my face. I receive so many positive comments and I feel that it gives my face more definition. I have had follow up treatments and have just had a top up after a year. I find Sharon and her staff to be very caring. Feathering is expensive but well worth it providing you use the right person.
I have no hesitation in recommending Sharon.

I just wanted to thank Sharon Lee for her impeccable work. I had the men's 'Brow Wow' brow shape and detail done for me recently and I couldn't be happier with the result. Sharon took the time to talk to me and look at my brows in detail after which she carefully and efficiently refined and tinted them.

They turned out looking completely natural, but somehow they now stand out so much more and frame my face in a way that they never did before - I've had so many complements, and not just about my beautiful brows but about my overall complexion. It's given me a big boost of personal confidence!

I would highly recommend Sharon lee. I too am in the beauty industry also and am very particular regarding my brows. They were however sparse, so I booked in for feathering. I am thrilled with the results! She did the most beautiful shape and colour, I couldn't have asked for anything more. Love my brows! Love her work!

Definitely 6 stars for service at Sharon Lee. After a year of breast cancer treatment, I had very little in the way of eyebrows! Being from rural NSW, I called and spoke to the staff and they arranged for Sharon to call me. What a beautiful woman:) her warmth and care have made the process of getting 'new' eyebrows an absolute pleasure. The treatments are an added bonus to an amazing service. My raving about my wonderful new eyebrows has been loud and clear to everyone I meet. Thank you to everyone at Sharon Lee
