I love coming to Fatana's Makeover House. It's a one stop shop for all your hair and beauty needs. Arrob cuts my hair Fatana does my colour and Jane she looks after our beauty services. They are very clean and very professional. Very friendly and great customer service.

I have been visiting Fatana’s hair and beauty salon for over 14 years. Fatana and her team Jane, Aaron and Mina are very experienced and professional. They offer an excellent service of hair and beauty. They are very friendly, experienced and professional. They offer an amazing service and always make you happy and content with their service. I highly recommend them. One of the best salons in the west!

It was my first time trying something bold for a change, a professional hairdresser. I was initially eager to try this place when I saw the glowing reviews! I was not disappointed. I was ecstatic with the amazing and attentive customer service I received and even more pleased with how kindly my requests of what I wanted to try were incorporated into the service along with professional advice when some of my requests weren’t the best for my hair type. I was very happy. A lot of communication was incorporated into the procedure to make sure I understood everything that was happening. I was happy with the outcomes. I wasn’t sure what I was initially expecting, but left feeling positively radiant. I am glad I took the leap. Thank you so much! I love my haircut so much!

Fatana’s is undoubtedly the best salon I have ever visited. The team are all lovely, welcoming people and are always happy to answer my questions and offer helpful advice. The ladies have always done an excellent job cutting and styling my hair (often with better results than the reference photos!) and I always leave the salon feeling beautiful and confident.

Ms. Fatana, she works very patiently, because customer satisfaction is her priority. As I expected, they did a great highlight for me. Thanks to Ms. Fatana and her very kind family.

Friendly yet professional from start to finish. Mina was fantastic and very knowledgeable, and felt that she took her time with me. I felt very relaxed throughout my facial and extremely happy with the results! Wish I had started seeing her earlier, already looking forward to my next appointment!

Mina at advanced skin & brows never fails to impress me. Not only have I seen her transform and cure other patients skin issues and acne that was deemed “ to hard” or incurable by other beauty therapist and doctors but I have experienced it also first hand. I met Fatanas in 2003, and it become my favourite (only) place to do my hair and wax my eyebrows. The staff are so welcoming and always have a big smile, and they are so professional. I never feel I’m in a hairdresser but surrender by family.

Fatana was recommended to me by a friend as I had an extremely bad experience with a local hairdresser who completely ruined my request to have 2 toned foils, so now I'm recommending them to you. I called and made an initial appointment so that I could show the state of my hair and a couple of days later I returned and left as an extremely happy customer. The transformation was amazing and my partner was wowed by how stunning my hair looked. This happened nearly 2 years ago now.

I frequently make appointments (every month) to have my hair done and Fatana and her staff provide me with best advice, I'm always greeted with a warm smile by everyone and they're always happy and take alot of pride in making me feel beautiful which makes a huge difference to the service.

I have Polynesian hair, so if you know anything about our hair is that it's thick and can only be styled by those who are highly skilled with good arm strength. I mostly request a loose curl/wave after a colour and trim and it has lasted a week (given that I'm not travelling overseas or it's humid). The only other time I've had a great blowout was in Rio, Brazil.

The salon is well equipped and organised and always very clean. In addition to this Fatana also offers other treatments such as facials, make-up and waxing which can be arranged in between having your hair done.

I highly recommend coming here because not only will you receive top service from a group of highly skilled individuals - it's awesome value for money and they really take care in making sure you leave looking like a million $$$$ of which you'll gladly return.
