Quick call out to our duel boiler not supplying hot water. Over the phone Jay identified the problem came out with the parts he needed and fixed the problem. I will be getting him out again to do a full service on our heating/hot water system.

I had a re-occurring problem and after he inspected the heating system he showed me photos of the dodgy job the previous company had done. So grateful to him for his honesty and efficiency. Was surprised that this company charged a call out fee of $185+, just to attend a general service during normal work hours. Was charged another $180+ to service unit.
