I have loved their underwear and day wear for years. I have several tunics, but after about two years of moderate wear all of my tunics have become threadbare in patches. I have sent a couple in to the company for them to view, but they were dismissed. I believe these garments should last a lot longer given their price point. Unfortunately, I will have to find a more cost effective alternative to my loved tunics.

Was surprised that this company charged a call out fee of $185+, just to attend a general service during normal work hours. Was charged another $180+ to service unit.
