Sam gave me a quote over the phone , rang 30 minutes before he was due to arrive later that day and resolved the issue..
He also offered advice re water pressure issues I was having and made some adjustments to the showers .
The service was excellent and I would recommend him.

Came back to finish off & check all was good the following day. He kept us informed throughout the whole process, was polite and knew his craft. Highly recommended.
