These people are terrible,
Soon to be the next lazaway.
Office people are good until they get your money, then they block you once you have a problem with the pool, they don't even pay the subcontractors, they just hire new ones. Honestly Ben you a #@&+ head
If I was to get a pool again I'll go with a smaller company,

We have had lots of issues with our pool equipment not coping. After talking to pool shops it sounds like this mob have a reputation in the industry for selling you cheap equipment and not supporting you afterwards. We now need to buy another filter etc costing thousands more! Stay away!

I just had a fibreglass pool completed with Pools R Us.

Thank-you to Ben and the boys on site and of course the girls in the office. Our job ran smoothly until we ended up unexpectedly hitting rock but our supervisor Ben made sure it was all done at cost for us which saved us thousands.
Pools R Us have been nothing short of amazing from signing the contract through until handover. They were extremely professional at all times. The kids cant wait for the warmer weather so they can start enjoying our new pool

just had our landscaping around pool finished this week - the pool has come up great, thanks to all the guys - ben and his guys you have done a great job under some real tight conditions. also thanks to the girls in the office and Peter in sales. we will send you some pics now its all finished

We are having our pool installed by Pools R Us at the moment. I can't give a final rating as we are at the final stages. Up until now (which has only been a few weeks) they have been easy to deal with and have helped us in ways which weren't expected. The pool looks great and we can't wait for the finished product. Recommend these guys to anyone

We got a fibreglass pool installed at our house in mulgrave and it was finished off just a few weeks ago. The team at Pools R Us were fantastic! the boys on site were great and so were the girls in the office. We are looking forward to swimming in our new pool next summer! We have recommended Pools R Us to all of our friends. Bring on the hot weather! :D

Found poolsrus at swimming pool and spa show , found their price to be good. Was happy with the salesman he helped us alot . Unfortunatly we hit rock when they where digging , the supervisor was great he organized the rock to be taken away for COST price and saved us thousands of dollars . It did cost us a extra $3000 but it could of cost us $10000 . Now the pool is finished we love it , and we could not recommend Poolsrus any more they where great.

fiberglass swimming pool -- we have had a fiberglass pool installed by poolsrus, our job was not straight forward and our builder did cause poolsrus alot of grief. i have to say poolsrus handled the whole job very well. the guys on site where fantastic and did a great job the pool looks great.
