Could not be happier with the job these guys did for us. While they weren't the cheapest of the four quotes we received, this company was streets ahead of the others in their interest and advice to ensure we got the best results. They were right on time at every stage, and kept us appraised of the progress. They were exceptional and I would happily recommend them to anyone.

Steve and the team were fantastic to work with, from the initial quote, all the way throughout the works and for post care tips and tricks. The results speak for themselves (photos attached).
I was constantly kept updated on the progress and the different stages of the works which was much appreciated. Steve also helped coordinate other trades involved in the works.

I have just had my pool renovated by CooWee Pools and it looks fantastic! The whole team are amazing - great to work with and knew exactly what I was trying to do. They are friendly, approachable, and communicate well - I look forward to working with them again.

I had my pool restored in May 2024. You are probably reading this trying to know where to start in the restoration process. I called a few places to understand what they offered and was surprised by the inability of most to actually restore a dated pebblecrete pool. I then got hold of Coowee. Steve was unbelievable. Dealing with my dumb questions, being clear about next steps and most of all being contactable. Within a ring or 10 seconds of a message they’d answer and show genuine interest in whatever I was calling about. They came out to quote, provided details of previous customers (who we did visit) and met every one of their promises.
The cost struck me as expensive but I didn’t have anything to compare against. But like most things in life you get what you pay for.
Responsiveness (even 18 months after the restoration), quality of end product, and technical knowledge means I couldn’t recommend these guys any more.

We are extremely happy with our Pool renovation. Everyone involved in the process at CooWee Pools was fantastic to work with. They were extremely thorough in preparing the pool surface to ensure it will last for a long long time. The communication was amazing and all the guys were very caring and genuinely wanted to provide excellent service, to make sure the job was completed to an exceptionally high standard.

The service and quality of the workmanship was of the highest quality. This is a family run business with all having specialist skills. Phil and Paul were always punctual and kept us informed through the process. We are very pleased with the end result of a complete renovation including interior finishing, waterline tiles, coping and fittings. Looks like a brand new pool. Would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a pool reno.

When we realised our pool interior needed resurfacing, I talked to Poolwerx in Ringwood who gave me the contact details of Coo Wee Pool Renovations. I had a number of conversations with Steve about the process and the products used. All questions were answered. The quote was provided quickly. When we agreed on a date the work was done efficiently and, after the final payment, the maintenance instructions were given. The result is stunning. Any sort of renovation can be scary but Steve was very forthcoming with information. His workers were also friendly and helpful.

Professional from start to finish, lots of ideas and recommendations along the way we hadn’t even thought of. Highly recommend (and we rarely recommend!) they really know pools! Thanks Steve and team!

Short story, bought house with in ground pool 30 years ago, 6 years ago the pool was looking tired, contact Cowee Pool Renovations, POP! Brand new pool. Earlier this year I noticed some fine cracks in pool, contacted Steve at CRP and sent some photos, cracks appeared due to a bad batch of cement provided by a supplier. Steve and his team emptied the pool, jack hammered the product for two days, and then relined the pool. This was completed in a timely, professional manner with NO cost to me. This brilliant, old fashioned service was enhanced by the informative and regular communication. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS HIGHLY ENOUGH! My concrete pool was very tired and in need of renovation. I reached out to several companies on the net and not one responded. I then found Coowee Pool Renovations. From first contact every aspect of the project has been superb. As soon as I responded to their requirement correspondence an appointment was made for an on-site inspection and a quote quickly followed. A program was set and adhered to by the company. All aspect were very professionally completed with very good natured personnel. The pool work was completed on Tuesday this week and I am now in the process of adjusting the chemicals in accordance with the running sheet provided by the company. I couldn’t be happier with the result achieved and would have no hesitation in recommending Coowee Pool Renovations.

Fantastic to work with from beginning to end. I would highly recommend CooWee to anyone who is in the market to renovate a pool. Our pool was built in 1975 and in a terrible state prior to CooWee working their magic. Steve, Dave and Phil are professional, friendly, hard working and delivered exactly what was discussed at our first meeting. They were very accommodating in working with our house builder, nothing was too much trouble. Our pool looks amazing and the renovation came in on budget during a very difficult time with Covid restrictions. I can't recommend this company and their staff highly enough.
