Our long time cleaning lady finally retired so we looked on WOMO to find a replacement and settled on Penguin Cleaning because there are local. We had two cleaners here for 3 hours yesterday and they managed to do a lot of things that had built up, like getting rid of the cobwebs, as well as cleaning the bathrooms and all the floors. We will get them back in a fortnight and if we are still happy, we will make this a regular service.

Punctuality and being readily available to clean when needed on call, very efficient and reliable Team.

A couple of minutes before they were due to arrive I received a text to say they are running 10 minutes late, which I appreciated them doing even though most tradesmen etc. wouldn't bother letting you know they are hours late . Sandy was friendly, very helpful and not at all troubled when I asked him to do extra work that hadn't been booked in.
I will definitely use them again and recommend others too as well thanks again penguin cleaning.
