Fiona has been looking after our 4 dogs and our
cat numerous times in the past 4 years
Our dogs are rescue dogs so they all came with their own quirky personalities and often anxieties
But Fiona knew how to communicate with each one with such calmness and warmth .Fiona is definitely a dog whisperer as she knows how to calm then down and be in their circle of safeness without them feeling threatened
Fiona would leave us text messages and send photos so we could see how they were going and this made us feel so much more relaxed to enjoy out holiday away , knowing that they were in safe and loving hands
Out mail was brought in each day and the house was left absolutely spotless when we arrived home

We used Pawz Pet Sitting recently while away overseas - we have 3 chickens and 2 frogs that needed to be looked after. The ladies from Pawz Pet Sitting came to our place and made sure that all our girls were well looked after. They were even kind enough to email while we were gone, to let us know that all was okay. I would like to say a very big Thank-You to Teresa and her husband for taking such great care of my boy Poocha while I was away on holidays. It was clear from the first meeting with Teresa that she has a very caring nature and a special way with animals. Throughout his 2 week stay she provided me with regular updates and photos which was so great to receive while we were away. When we picked him up he was so happy and healthy, he had obviously had a great time and been well looked after. Teresa recently looked after our dog Barney while we went away . On arrival it was comforting to see a tidy well fenced off yard for him to stay in. Whilst away I received photos of Barney being part of the family in the lounge room of a night and It was so lovely to see he also was having a good time . When we picked him up he was very happy and visibly well looked after and Teresa gave us a run down on how he had been and gave us a treat bag for Barney to conclude his stay . A huge thankyou to Teresa for looking after Woody & Tally our pug babies (well they're getting to be pug seniors). We were away for 4 nights & felt very assured they would be well looked after, fed & exercised while they were having home visits. I love that Teresa comes to the house do a thorough meet & greet before the minding begins. I'll definitely use the service again & will certainly recommend Pawz to friends that would like their babies well cared for. Pretty sure the pugs are looking forward to their next visit! :)

Both are "rescued" gals and in particular Roxy does not mixed well being an ex kennel puppy mum and very frightened of humans in this big bad world but glad to say she adapted very quickly to warm and friendly home away from home whilst boarding at Pawz
To date my fur gals have had three visits to Pawz and even though we have moved further away I would not consider boarding my precious two anywhere else knowing they are in great home care

Teresa owner/operator of Pawz has cared for my two girls (Cavoodles) Ruby 4yr & Molly 2yr on two separate occasions now - a week each time. Teresa has a natural affinity with animals and loves each one in her care as if they were her own. Whenever I have visited Pawz Pet Sitting and Homecare the animals are lovingly cared for and are spoken to as they would be at home. You can see how comfortable they feel with Teresa and the facilities in which they are housed. I have used a boutique dog kennel in the past, and while I was not un-happy with the care my fur-babies received, after having the experience of Pawz caring for my girls, I would not entrust them to anyone else. Teresa complies with the feeding requirements of your animal, exercise requirements, and the all important cuddle requirements! Teresa is a kind, trustworthy and joyful person who I would entrust to visit my home whilst I am on holiday. I recommend Pawz Pet Sitting and Homecare to any person who is wanting to ensure that their pet is cared for and treated with the love and respect that you would shower on your pet yourself.

Teresa has been a real life-saver for my elderly mother, who is in her 90s, and myself (who lives 6 hrs away). As Candy's "Personal Trainer" Teresa has really enriched her life and health and also keeps a eye on Candy's mum to make sure she is OK too. When we had an urgent need for Candy to stay overnight somewhere, Teresa stepped in and saved the day. I highly recommend Teresa and Pawz Pet Sitting - Teresa really cares about her charges, and their families too.

Just a great service. Our two have been for the second time last weekend and there were 5 dogs in total. Fabulous time was had by all - swapping beds & larking about!! I used Pawz Pet Sitting and Homecare when we went away to Queensland and we couldn't be happier and will be using them again any time we have a night away. You get updates with photos on phone and Facebook so you can see how everything is going and my boy came home happy and healthy.

When I first met Teresa from Pawz Pet Sitting she was very warm and welcoming. We use the in home service when we go away, so our two dogs could stay in their own surroundings. They walk the dogs, water our plants and collect the mail. We were able to enjoy our holiday with peace of mind everything was taken care of at home, and we return home to two very happy dogs. This was my first time using a home visit pet service over the Xmas break..Cannot fault Teresa's professonialism in the way she conducts her business ..Not only did she look after our 2 dogs Tyson and Rusty but also our 4 birds and fish..When we arrived home both dogs were contented and happy..Teresa also sent pictures of them both whilst we were away..And there was a lovely bag of treats and goodies for them left on our kitchen bench for them..I would definitely use her services again and highly recommend her business to others..And did I mention value for money ..here's a big 👍 up..🐾

Absolute 5* service and care. Coming home after a three weeks holiday trip and seeing our two cats in such an happy mood is truly the best we could have wished for. My dog Sammy is always sad when he realises we are going away. He mopes around the house and sits in our luggage, but when he gets to Pawz Pet and sees Teresa and Peter he is so excited. He runs inside and barks around the lounge room. He is very comfortable at Teresa's place and I get regular photos of his activities while away. I would highly recommend Pawz Pet Sitting and Homecare!!!!

I have used Pawz Pet Sitting services ( Theresa ) on numerous occasions for my Great Dane Zali.
I find Pawz to be reliable and passionate about the services they provide, Teresa's obvious love of animals is apparent when she is around them!
I appreciate the daily up dates videos and photos of our girl when in the care of Pawz...This keeps us at ease knowing that our dog is having so much fun and getting the attention she requires while we are away.

First time having my dogs minded by a pet sitter, I was very nervous but Teresa put my mind at ease. Very professional and extremely great with my dogs, they did not want to leave. Secure, well maintained, safe property for my dogs. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to everyone.
