Great service by someone that loves your pet as much as you do. Britt is fantastic and will do everything she can for you. She also seems to be able to beat the prices of all the big names!
I’ll always use Britt’s in the future.

I have an (almost) 12yr old Pom/Chi. A 7yr old gorgeous Feline & an almost 4yr old Spoodle. All 3 of my fur babies were less than enthused about an hour long journey but, Leonie & Britt were AMAZING! Each of my babies were warmly greeted, delicately placed in sturdy/reinforced secure cages and given treats & a warm blanket for my Feline. Upon arrival my fur babies were relaxed and cheerful clearly having had a calm and peaceful trip. I highly recommend Britts Pet and Animal Taxis. Absolutely 2 Paws up and 5☆.

Britts Pet and Animal Taxi Service were available in a crisis situation, when a poor little doggo was being neglected.

Britt not only responded within minutes of me filling out a form on the internet, but called me to confirm details. They were prompt and on time.

They had no dog to pick up, because he was rescued about an hour before they arrived. They were understanding and empathetic.

I highly recommend their services.

Lovely people, ease of booking and they even had small treats for the dogs.

We were moving house and wanted to minimize the stress to our cockatiel but moving him in his permanent cage. Britt did a great job. She was prompt in responding to my initial query, turned up promptly and delivered our cockatiel safely. The whole process was simple and stress free.

I moved from Sydney to Yass in December. My two cats stayed a few days in a cattery. Britts picked them up and drove them to me. Two lovely ladies were so kind and caring, the cats arrived relaxed and calm.

If I could give a higher star I would. Britt was so helpful and was genuinely concerned about my issue.

Amazing service from Britt's pet and Animal Taxi. I needed transport for 2 anxious cats and a small dog. Despite a thunder storm all went well and Britt called as she arrived for pick up. I would certainly use her service again.

Thank you so much Brit for helping us transport our Puppy to the airport when we were in a pickle. Brit helped us last minute get our dog to the Airport for her booked flight when there was a booking error. She was polite kind and easy to talk to. I used Britt’s Pet and Animal taxi this week. She transported a puppy from Dubbo to my home 5 hours away. The benefit of her service is that she only transports one animal at a time, so your puppy comes directly to you, door to door, without any other pick ups or drop offs which would prolong an already long car trip. My puppy arrived safely and I can recommend her reliable service.

Excellent care of what matters, attention to detail and a flexible approach to helping me get the care required for my cat. Britt has helped me twice so far and with a busy schedule is becoming an intrinsic part of my pets care. Clear communication and obvious care for my concerns when looking after my pet.

Britt communicated very clearly with me about all the important aspects of transporting my cats. Her price was reasonable and I didn’t have the anxiety of having to drive them myself. I’m very happy and look forward to working with Britt again.

Britt was wonderful. Went above and beyond for us. Britt helped us as our printer wasn’t working and Britt was more than happy to help and printed our certificate to fly. Britt arrived on time and then confirmed safe drop off at the airport.

Amazing service given by Britt who offers a facility that transported my lowchen from Brisbane to Newcastle. Britt arranged everything including the crate that Tumbles came down in. The icing on the cake was the lift Britt gave me with Tumbles to bring us both home to Lisarow.
