Mudita Yoga Studio

Mudita Yoga Studio, Gina in particular, was my first introduction to yoga. I signed up for the beginners class and I don't believe I could have had a better teacher. I would happily recommend Gina and her studio to anyone.

I'm so happy I found Mudita, but most importantly Gina and Katherina who are beautiful positive people!

I was new to 'flow' style yoga and have come to really enjoy the heat it creates. I always end up dripping in sweat and feeling like i've worked my body good by the end of each class.

Practicing at Mudita has allowed me to venture out of my comfort zone. I've discovered a love for arm balances, and more recently hand stand prep that I hadn't previously been exposed to. I love my warrior sequences and am finding that my balance has improved significantly as a result of the faster paced dynamic standing poses.

Katherina's energy and beautiful calming accent makes me feel as though i'm practising deep in the Amazonian jungle, but don't be fooled by her sweetness...Katherina's are the hardest classes of all!

I appreciate Gina's open ear and heart felt advice off the mat. On the mat Gina runs a challenging and well sequenced class which i've slowly developed a bit of an addiction for. Often times the class will have a theme and we will progressively work to target particular area. Her classes are well thought out but depending on the class and collective energy, she will expertly change things up if need be.

Value for money is incredible here, and I enjoy the flexibility of practising morning or night depending on my mood or schedule each day.

Overall i'm one happy camper and my love for yoga is growing every day. I'm looking forward to seeing more improvement down the track!

Gorgeous studio with a very friendly atmosphere. Gina is an amazing yoga teacher with loads of experience. Gina's classes are fun and uplifting. Great for beginners to advanced yogi's.

Gina is a very encouraging and intuitive teacher, making the sessions as individual as her students. The studio is a welcoming, peaceful place to practice yoga. Saturday morning yoga is a positive experience for my body and mind.

I simply love GINA and her new inspirational studio. I am always refreshed and happy after her classes whether vinyasa or yin. Looking forward to mandala workshop and more fun this 2014 year. Thank you for spreading your light and love to us ALL. Namaste.

Gina, who was previously one of my yoga teachers prior to the opening of her studio, is the initial reason I chose to try out classes at Mudita. Gina has a wonderfully positive and supportive approach to teaching and knows how to make all her students feel welcome. It's clear to me that her love of yoga and teaching transcends into the yoga space itself. It's a beautiful space with high ceilings, windows that give view to the changing weather, the floors and walls are clean and fresh and I especially love the personal touch of Gina's artwork on the main window. I've also been to great classes held by Lucy who is a great teacher with a very a kind and friendly presence. Having practised yoga for 4 years at many studios, I would highly recommend giving Mudita a try. Whether you're experienced or a beginner speak to Gina and she'll do her best to offer and recommend the right style of yoga for you.

I have quickly become addicted to yoga, this studio has a truly friendly atmosphere which makes it a joy to exercise. If you have never done yoga mudita is a great place to star, Gina and all of the teachers will help you feel welcome from your first class.

The studio is light filled, the sounds of the train make me feel i'm in New York City. Gina is a beautiful person who makes you feel very welcome.

Why don't you try Yoga at Mudita in Cheltenham shopping centre perfect spot you'll love it there, different styles all levels, pick a day go do it ...it's one of the nicest studios around with really sound, solid teachers.

WOW.... you feel serene the moment you start walking up the stairs! The studio has been fitted out with love, care and quality fittings. Gina is the best Yoga teacher I have ever practiced with, her knowledge and care for each individual student is outstanding. Best in the area by far!
