About us

Since we launched, we have made it our mission to offer a personalised fitness training service for individuals who are looking to lose weight and stay fit and healthy.

We believe that no two individuals have the same fitness requirements, which is why we have designed personalised programs that fit with each individual’s fitness needs. We also offer group training classes, but the bottom line is that no two training sessions are ever the same.

Achieving your health and wellness goals can be quite challenging, so we have created a range of diverse and fun training programs to keep you motivated. At the same time, we believe that fitness should also be a rewarding and pleasurable experience for everyone.

Much of the success of our training programmes can be attributed to our professional fitness trainers. They are in charge of coming up with amazing training programs that you can easily follow to achieve your goals. In addition to their qualifications and experience, these professional trainers have the passion and commitment to help you achieve your fitness goals!

Fitness fever personal training

I was hesitant, in joining but I’m glad I did.
This is my 3rd of 10 sessions going.
I had a niggle in my knee thinking it couldn’t be fixed.
Though strength and patience and coaching, I’ve been surprised on the many more marathons and hopefully many more marathons I’ll be able to run. Accomodating times to suit my work schedule

Great, no nonsense workout

Pete and Nick have been excellent trainers, and The location is superb. The personalised approach of the trainers has been perfect for me and I feel like a new person after just a few weeks.

I’d recommend Pete for quality training, variety to the sessions, and just a down to earth friendly guy. My daughter and I are really motivated to keep going. I also prefer his option of pushing hard for 30 minutes rather than a drawn out hour lesson.

Started my journey with Fitness Fever Personal Training about two months ago. From the moment Pete called me to make contact, it has been an amazing experience. Pete and his team run a good operation. A well equiped gym with training under the stewardship of competent instructors.

I’m feeling better and stronger after only a few short sessions.

I'm just getting back into my fitness routine after a long break and Pete has been wonderful in helping me ease back into it

I have been having one on one training with Peter since February 2023 and I have been enjoying it very much. I am training for a marathon in October and Peter has given me great guidance and a solid program to work on outside of our regular sessions. I can really feel my overall fitness improving. Peter tailored my workout to suit my level of fitness. The workout is challenging but not too overwhelming for a person who never did proper strength training.

I never liked working out and had developed a negative association with the activity, but not any more! It is going to be 2 months since I started training with Pete, and I am very happy with the decision. Pete is an experienced trainer and I feel confident that I am in good hands! Pete has tailored my sessions to my needs and personality which works well - and I am starting to see results. Highly recommended!!

Relaxed and friendly gym, I felt comfortable the moment I set foot in the door. I do group training with Pete and find his workouts well planned and varied so am always challenged never bored.

Never liked going to gyms.
Spoke to Peter put me in contact with Nicholas.
Enjoy every session.
4 months in can really see results.
Highly recommend these guys if you're looking for results and a healthier and better lifestyle.

It's a really, really friendly (but challenging!) gym. Our trainer, Nicholas, is absolutely perfect for our needs. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone starting out or wanting to change gyms.

Great vibes down at Fitness Fever.
