Belinda is awesome. i’ve spent years in service roles and i’m acutely aware of language, communication and engagement. belinda has all these skills which are invaluable to me especially as it was a purchase and i carried a lot of emotions.
Belinda was always available and if not the service and other colleagues ie Julie were wonderful and helpful simultaneously.
I have only purchased 2 properties in my lifetime and in both situations, one as a sale and one as a purchase, were with the assistance of DVMC!
Each experience had been rewarding and and a relief to settle on the day given the expertise and determination shown by Belinda.

Fantastic service
I reached out to Darebin initially as they offered a complimentary contract review which was super helpful leading into an auction, but happily used them in a purchase months later as they were so responsive and diligent. We recently sold an investment Property in Bundoora and selected Moonee Valley Conveyancing from researching online reviews of providers. We were reassured from the outset by the personal communications that clearly explained the process, fees and what would be expected of us as vendors under Victorian law. Our confidence continued throughout the entire process. Belinda was professional, engaging and very much focussed on ensuring our interests were satisfied. She readily held a line against some expectations communicated by buyer's conveyancer. Settlement was delayed by three days due to bank processes and Belinda proactively adjusted her schedule and settlement figures to accomodate this. Excellent solicitor for first home buyer
Belinda at Darebin Conveyancing and the whole admin team were efficient, responsive, fast and lovely to deal with. I enquired with four different solicitors for my first home purchase and Darebin Conveyancing was the best. Very good at calming down first home purchase nerves and answering all your questions. My settlement was seamless and they worked with my bank and the vendors solicitor really well, promptly and efficiently! Will definitely recommend to friends and family and will use again for subsequent purchases. Very transparent on costs upfront which many weren’t! This really sealed the deal for me
