The hard disc on my notebook crashed and I needed to determine what was wrong; replace parts as needed and recover data. They collected the notebook from work, determined what was wrong and called me to advise and determine the next steps; replaced the hard drive, reinstalled the operating system and recovered as much data as was possible (tried different methods). Returned notebook in a timely fashion and run through what had been done and ensured I was okay before leaving.
