Came in to get my Iphone fixed (wouldn't charge properly). The person at the counter (Melbourne City store on Wed 25/11 evening) was quick to diagnose the problem (fluff in the port) , solved it (using a pair of tweezers) and tested it to be sure. Works perfectly. All without charge and very friendly too.

Ive bought many macs from MKC (for my children) they are fabulous, nothing is too much trouble for them.

My Samsung tablet froze and could not be turned on. Took it into this store on the off chance they may be able to fix it but was expected to hear it could not be. Fixed in under 30 seconds and no charge. Super friendly and helpful staff. Have already started recommending to friends and family.

I had an iPhone 4S with a broken screen and home button. I walked in, they fixed both for $99 within 15 minutes and I walked out. Fast, efficient, friendly and very good value... Recommended .. Now my iPhone looks and works like new again... Thanks MKC
