We hired Men In White Painting & Decorating service and in short, we are extremely happy with the work that Company have done on our house. Very professional Services.

Frank was fantastic to deal with and knew exactly what our expectations were right from the start without trying to talk us into something that would make his life easier and not give us the results that we required. His crew that painted our house were on-time, courteous and friendly and always left the place neat considering.

About a month ago i had my home painted. Frank and his guys were very helpful with every step of the way. Easy going but efficient. Also they were very neat and courteous which is refreshing as other trades were a real hassle and were messy.

So many shonky painters out there! The quoting process an eye opener. But im so glad i went with Frank and his team at men in white painting & decorating. They did a superb job at my home in essendon which needed a fair bit of prepping work. But it came out amazing and my wife was really impressed too which helps :) Once again thanks for all the helpful tips and advice, top guy.

Men in White were a pleasure to deal with. Frank and his team were a pleasure to have on site. Service was excellent, always in communication. Painters on time and trustworthy. I even left them in the house alone to lock up after without a worry. Couldn't fault the work either. Would use again!

Just built a home and needed someone who wasnt going to stooge me with quality. Called men in white in melbourne and had a chat with frank. He helped me with colours and which products would suite best for the area. His team was great too, Frank made sure the job was done right and gave me tips on how to look after the place. We needed our lovely period home repainted in order to make it perfect again and we decided to go with Men in white painting and i have to take my hats off to them. They were fantastic! I was more then happy to pay a bit more as i felt i could trust frank and his team in my home. Something i dont take lightly. Our home looks amazing! All my friends love it too! After reading the reviews online, to get the Men In White team in seemed like a no-brainer. Super friendly and really personable I definitely felt I was on to a winner and pricing wise I didn't have a second thought. We had requested that out unit be repainted and that a number of cracks / cornices be re-patched.

The first half of the job was incredible - I couldn't fault it and was incredibly happy with the results. I was pretty disappointed with the second half of the job however, as it pretty clear that time was an issue (which was later confirmed by MIW). As a result I feel that the quality had been sacrificed in the remaining rooms in a effort to finish up quickly. I was also told that although there were items on the original quote such as masking up light fittings / windows / etc - that they did not have enough time to do so and that I should be fine to clean up the mess as it as a water based paint. It was also pointed out afterward the job was completed, that areas that can't been seen (such as tops of architraves) don't get painted - even though all wood work was stipulated on the quote as this was "standard protocol". I was told if I wanted these painted, I should have asked.

I had also noticed some minor damage and when I had raised, was told that there was no way it could have been caused by MIW and it's likely I just hadn't noticed before.

I had also noticed extra charges on the invoice which when I had raised, was told that I must have "forgotten that I had approved". Of course because I "approved it verbally" there was no way of actually confirming that I gave the ok.

I'm pretty easy going, however the last email received when I had raised concerns with job, stated that I was partly at fault for the issues at hand - I'm not entirely sure how, however that has left a pretty sour taste in my mouth.

In all fairness, they had offered to rectify some of the issues, which I have declined.

My biggest disappointment is to do with the fact that not once was there any apology or recognition of the validity of my concerns - just that I've made a lot up in my head and I "should have more appreciation for the work they've done".

I had two other groups at work needing similar services done. At the beginning I was raving about MIW. After the way that my job was handled, I've suggested to look at other alternatives.

Overall I'm pretty disappointed at the way in which my concerns were handled and actually put back on me as being at fault.

We needed our home repainted and felt most at comfortable with Men in white painting & decorating. They did a fantastic job while keeping mess to a minimum. Couldnt even smell the paint which was nice, Didnt mind the music they played either! I would highly recommend them to my family and friends who are after a professional finish. Verry happy

Decided i needed to freshen my home as the colours were seriously outdated. Found men in white on here and was glad i did. They werent the cheapest but i felt really comfortable with them and they were good to talk to.

Id recommend men in white painting & decorating very highly! My house needed alot of work before selling it and was scared it was going to be too hard to make it look decent but i couldnt believe how it turned out! I was amazed at the efficiency and knowledge they had.
The place looks brilliant! This will surely increase my sale price.

Fantastic work by Men in white painting & Decorating! Frank and his team did a beautiful job on my home. Considering i am pretty fussy with anything in my home they left me feeling at ease. I simply gave them a key and they worked while i was at work. It felt good to be able to trust them.

Frank and Rocky are very reliable. They came on weekends to make up the missed days due to the rain. Both of them are very approachable. They gave us their advice on the colour for our back pergola (I'm glad I took it!).

They work quality is excellent. I have neighbours, relatives and friends made positive comments on the job they did. We are very happy with them and will ask ther help again when we do the inside of our house.

Found Men in White Painting through WOMO and all i can is Fantastic! Frank and Rocky not only did a great job they did more then what we expected.

Our home had some major cracks due to getting our home re stumped and leveled. And the transformation is amazing! They were very helpful with colours and they also cleaned after themselves plus they did all the plaster work as well! I would highly recommend Frank and Rocky for any painting needs you may have.

Frank and Rocky from Men in White Painting & Decorating did a marvelous job outside our home in Hawthorn. The end result really transformed the way we looked at our home, and has inspired me and my wife to renovate a few more things around the home, and yes i will definitely use Men in White once agian!

We found MIW Painting by WOMO and were extremely pleased with Frank and Rocky's work. Our Californian bungalow needed lots of repair before painting and MIW did an amazing job (including making an old air-con disappear). They were very professional, friendly, helpful with suggestions (including paint brand and colours) - the house looks amazing now. We were living in the house at the time and they were very accommodating. We would recommend them without hesitation and will use them again when the time comes to paint the outside of the house.

Needed my new offices repainted on keilor rd in some daring dark and bright colours and have to say i was really impressed the way it turned out and how clean they left the place! Frank and Rocky were a pleasure to deal with and are pretty funny guys! So a big thankyou to Men in white!

I had Frank and Rocky come and paint my double story on the exterior. They also repaired the rotting wood on my pergola which i did not know about. They were very helpful with suggestions and honest with paint brand selection. They finished the job on time too. They also cleaned after themselves, something other trades didnt do! Thanks guys!
