Very quick reply and helpful, friendly service. I was able to get one of my 2 hard drives recovered and it took only 4 days to get it done.

Daniel recovered years of saved work and important documentation from my broken USB, and it was done with a friendly and generous spirit. When the replacement USB with restored data was put in the post but went missing Daniel followed up with Australia Post and then when all else failed he delivered the USB to me in my home, and did not ask for additional payment. This sort of service rarely happens. A bit of a data tech Superhero and a super generous human spirit as well.
