I love my training sessions with LynxPT. I predominantly do the running sessions and fit in PT sessions around my busy work schedule. Pete has built up such a great rapport with his clientele that our run group feels more like a social function (at the start and end - the middle bit is all hard work). If you need someone who is willing to listen to your requirements, help set goals and keep you on track. Pete is THAT guy!
Polite, courteous, sooo affordable! I don't know how Pete keeps his rates so low but I'M not complaining - I've lost 10kgs in 4 months and his sessions are so much fun and before you know it, we're stretching and it's time to go. He's now training me for a mini Triathlon in November. I highly recommend Lynx PT,
