I dealt with Lavo Laser Rhodes hair removal service through a GROUPON voucher and I had a very unpleasant experience. The person I dealt was rude and unfriendly since the first phone contact and when I arrive there, I run 4 minutes late and she refused to attend me and she was extremely rude with me in front of other costumers. I really do not recommend Lavo Laser Rhodes, tehre are a lot of other hair removal services out there with a much better costumer service.

Hi Teresa, you arrived 20mins late for an appointment and expected to be put thru before the 6:30pm spot. Lavo laser offered to wait to be seat you were extremely rude to both therapist you had seen. We requested Groupon give you a refund as we didn't want to deal with you as a customer. Groupon advised you were not to contact us. The therapist were extremely shocked by your poor manners.

I didn't arrive 20 minutes late, I arrived by train 4 minutes late.
I am living in Australia for 2 years and I never dealt with such an unpleasent situation.
I am sharing my experience since it is always good to read reviews about services provided and if I always do for good experiences, I should do for poor ones as well.

Hi Teresa, the therapist on the day wrote down the notes, she did advise you to wait as the next customers were first due to your late arrival.

After visiting numerous laser clinics over the years to be let down by service or equipment and results I finally found the one place that really cares about service and results, staff are really good and make you feel at ease, the results are great too. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for no nonsense service and results.

Couldn't recommend lavo laser enough! Maxine is great to deal with and very professional. I've been getting laser here for almost a year and it has been life changing :-)

The lady is super helpful and friendly. She did a top job, quickly. She squeezed me in between other appointments. It is clean, spacious and near the train station making it easy to find and a pleasure to go to. She tints as well as waxes

Great service great prices, I'm a ver busy person yet LAVO LASER still manages to book me a time that fits my schedule, awesome shop and very loyal to their customers! Highly recommend LAVO LASER from the first treatment I seen results.

Walking into a fresh and clean salon was the first sign that I was going to enjoy my experience. The staff were so friendly and the prices are fantastic! All my beauty needs are met at this salon. Customer for life!
