They don't pay contractors on time. We have waited 7 months for payment despite being promised in writing that they would pay within 30 days. We are still waiting for payment for a job booked in December 2016 and its now August 2017. They ignore email reminders and will only pay their bills when taken to court, otherwise they just keep hiring new unsuspecting contractors for each job and then don't pay them and as they do this, never owing a large amount to any one contractor so people don't bother chasing them for the money as its not worth it as the cost exceeds the amount their contractors might recover.

They only call you for another job when they are desperate and prepared to pay their previous invoice.
