Fantastic and caring Dentistry; is my go-to for all my Dentist needs. Able to make bookings which suit my availability (early morning weekends) and has high quality staff and service. The receptionist Chloe makes you feel at home when you arrive and ensure, even in the COVID-19 environment, that the right procedures are put in place. Dr H Chu does an awesome job, a regular clean every 6mnths and keeping eye on details such as wisdom teeth, x-rays for those close or hard to reach spots and overall dental hygiene. I highly recommend High Dental!

During this Covid19 crisis I attended as I had a bad toothache and Nicholas and his staff were all fantastic and I felt very safe while attending. I am receiving treatment for a root canal and after my initial visit the toothache has gone and I feel much better.
I would not hesitate to recommend High Dental as I and my family attend regularly. 10/10

I recently visited Dr Eugene Lim for a first stage dental implant. Dr Eugene explained the procedure in detail and continually checked that I was ok during the procedure. I experienced minimal pain and swelling which is a credit to Dr Eugene's skills. I also really appreciated the follow up call to check on my recovery and answer any outstanding questions.
Wonderful experience. The doctors here are very caring and try to comfort you as much as possible. They are happy to answer any of your questions and there is no rush. Will definitely come back!

Normally, a visit to the dentist is not a pleasant thought, but since going to High Dental I feel very comfortable. Dr Nicholas Hii is so cheerful and always keeps you informed about advise and treatment he will perform. I’ve had some difficult issues, all of which have been addressed with minimal discomfort. The staff are so friendly and always willing to help in any way. My entire family is now going to this clinic. I highly recommend it.

I find going to the dentist quite a daunting experience in all honesty. I was booked in with Dr Silvia and found her approach and professionalism to be of the highest standard. She made me very comfortable and i can honestly say my experience at High Dental has quashed my fears of visiting the dentist. Great Service, from a great team.
I have found Dr Nicholas Hi to be very professional yet helpful and accommodating. He follows the dental procedures thoroughly and his clinic is equipped with latest technology. It is for this reason I only go to Dr Hi even though I can get some of the dental procedures overseas for lot less as I travel frequently to India for long period of time.
My most recent appointment was for wisdom tooth extraction. Nicholas accommodated my request to stop in between to ease the pressure on my jaw. Job so well done that a day later I am not taking any pain relief tablet.

I am impressed with Dr Will Chu and his team. He did not only carefully treat my teeth but also spent time with me understanding how I feel and what I hope to achieve in terms of oral health. I’ve been seeing Dr Nicholas Hii for years and always felt very confident and in safe hands. He’s very friendly and professional. The whole team are great and I feel it’s worth travelling a little further for the good service and care they provide. Highly recommend.
I have been going to High Dental since it opened which has been for at least four years. I have sensitive teeth and Dr Nicholas Hii is very gentle and considerate. The staff are friendly and helpful. I recently had teeth straightening. I could not imagine seeing another dentist as I have finally found a dentist that I trust, who is very knowledgeable and has many options for my dental care. I take my daughter to High Dental as well.
With most dentists, the experience is dull and usually quite rough and painful. Not with High Dental! I've only been going for a few months now but the service is exceptional, the staff so friendly and Nicks dentistry skills are second to none. He is without a doubt the most gentle dentist I've ever been to.
i recently had gotten braces as an adult early last year and had them taken off recently. Obviously even with good dental habits my teeth were still a bit yellow from the braces. I did a fair bit of research about teeth whitening and felt High Dental had not only the best reviews but also one of the safer whitening procedures available. Gave them a email and they replied quickly and we set up a time to come in for a clean and walk through of what would need to be done to get ready for the whitening. Well after all this and having the whitening done, I can honestly say they are the best dentist I have been to and I have found my regular dentist when I move back up to Melbourne next year. The facilities are fantastic and very modern and update. Chloe was awesome at replying with my emails and Dr Hii was extremely informative and I could tell was an expert at what he does. Highly recommended and will be going to them for future dental cleanings and appointments! Good work guys

Dr. Nick Hii is the best dentist I have been to. He takes a consultative approach to dentistry, is well equipped with the latest technology and above all else is very gentle. The whole team from Chloe in reception, Darunne and Nick make going to the dentist comfortable. I can't recommend highly enough.
