I contacted frank, following a recommendation from a friend, as my old PC was not working at all following a thunder storm. The PC had previously been running very slowly for a while and I kept getting high memory usage messages and shut down itselfs sometimes.

Frank came to the house and performed a diagnostic test on the PC in situ. He then advised that he would need to take the PC tower away as it appeared that the motherboard had failed. He said he would contact me the next day to discuss my options. Ke kept his promise and called the next day to explain my options. I made the decision to go with a complete new PC replacement. This was then built by Rob and installed by him one week later. I now have a much faster PC which has been set up for me. Frank also retrieved all of my previous files.

I rate Rob's service very highly and it is especially good for someone like me who uses a PC, but doesn't have the knowledge, or the patience, to set it up by themself.

I would thoroughly recommend Frank's service to anyone who is looking for a personal service from a person who knows what he is doing and is able to explain in plain English to non techies like myself.

I have used Frank for all of our PC repairs for many years. He is always very helpful, fast, honest and very reasonably priced. He has re-imaged multiple lap tops, desk tops, added RAM, recovered data, provided recommendations for software/hardware/anti virus programs and when we get the machines back they typically have a more recent version installed for the operating system/ MS Office Suite. He is also honest and won't put a bunch of time into a machine that is not recoverable.

I have used the services of frank and his company on 3 occasions to date. I find frank to be an honest and friendly man, who tells it like it is. His prices are also very competitive. I would certainly never buy a PC from anywhere else but frank, he custom builds from scratch and I saw enough of what he built to convince me in 2 minutes. always will use their services
