Had used frank once. Got custom built PC just delivered from frank and it's absolutely fantastic. I asked for a build that would allow me to edit video with easy and everything that was suggested when I spoke to frank fit the requirements...

I contacted frank, following a recommendation from a friend, as my old PC was not working at all following a thunder storm. The PC had previously been running very slowly for a while and I kept getting high memory usage messages and shut down itselfs sometimes.

Frank came to the house and performed a diagnostic test on the PC in situ. He then advised that he would need to take the PC tower away as it appeared that the motherboard had failed. He said he would contact me the next day to discuss my options. Ke kept his promise and called the next day to explain my options. I made the decision to go with a complete new PC replacement. This was then built by Rob and installed by him one week later. I now have a much faster PC which has been set up for me. Frank also retrieved all of my previous files.

I rate Rob's service very highly and it is especially good for someone like me who uses a PC, but doesn't have the knowledge, or the patience, to set it up by themself.

I would thoroughly recommend Frank's service to anyone who is looking for a personal service from a person who knows what he is doing and is able to explain in plain English to non techies like myself.

Approximate cost: $70

My Stone laptop stopped working properly and the problem was diagnosed and repaired within a day. The cost of the repair was very reasonable as I thought I would have to buy a new machine but it is now running so much more quickly than before. I'll be recommending Yang to everyone I know.
